About the SoulBridge Team

The SoulBridge team serves seekers, emerging adults and leaders navigating seasons shaped by anxiety, transition, loss, vocation, or the persistent question of "what’s next." Many who seek support are longing for clearer identity, renewed focus, and wise direction as they step into the next chapter of their lives.

Our team is formed through years of study, training, practice, and lived experience. Each practitioner brings not only professional knowledge, but wisdom shaped by their own journeys - marked by learning through growing edges and suffering, resilience, and the realities of life lived fully. We offer what we ourselves have embodied, carrying both skill and compassion into this sacred work.

United by shared values and a commitment to invest in the next generation, the SoulBridge team offers each different distinctions, including spiritual direction, psychotherapy, life coaching, and pastoral care, and retreat/group work within an integrated, trauma-informed framework. We believe a thoughtful fit matters for each individual, honoring the diversity of temperaments and personalities, and we encourage each person to discern the practitioner best aligned with their unique story, season, and calling.

Rather than fixing or prescribing, we walk alongside. Through presence, attunement, and relational wisdom, we support individuals in re-storying their lives with clarity, courage, and hope, growing into lives shaped by purpose, belonging, and wholeness.
